COVID Spring

Watching birds has been an escape and a guilty pleasure almost, in these COVID-stricken times. As we all try to fight the chaos – social connecting and social distancing to pass our precarious days, Spring dawned on us and with it all the delights that it inevitably brings. Nature takes its course. Flowers bloom, birds sing, and nest, and we watch and wait. I’ve taken so many photographs of birds here in Florida these past few months, I am compelled to share them here.

Impressive work, and clearly a labor of love. I’m envious. I don’t see birds like this on my walks along the Grand River. Good to know the two of you are doing well. Looking forward to the time we can all meet again in person.

What a treat! These birds are gorgeous – the owlet picture could go viral! Thanks for sharing – we are still mired in nippy weather though the sun has been out the last few days. I am living vicariously through you!

    Take good care of yourselves!
