The trouble with digital photography is that we inevitably take many more photos than we possibly need and then file them on a computer only to be forgotten — that’s my experience. I would not be surprised if many other people do the same thing. In any case, I was motivated to pull these photos together from our precious few weeks of summer in Maine because our friend Paulette asked about our time there. So here it goes…some pictures of cottage life – walks, fishing, lobster eating, and a trip to Acadia National Park.

Looks like a fantastic vacation for the family. Some of the pics reminded me of Kaikora, (rocky landscape) South Island where we went whale & seal watching in March this year. Nothing like the whole family together once again!
